Julien Chouipe was born and raised in Paris, France. Having been raised in a long line of a family in construction, when he moved to Los Angeles in 2002, it was natural for him to choose this line of work. Julien has been successful in accomplishing our clients’ needs and goals with his resourceful, creative and innovative approach.
